Trish is a Sports Chiropractor, Educator, and Consultant. She is the Medical Director of The Changing Room LA and the Forge strength training program.
Trish graduated as Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2011.
In the clinic, she specializes in sports therapy, exercise rehab, and joint health and durability.
As an educator, Trish teaches seminars on simple daily habits, “Being Simply Superhuman” and breathing techniques, “The Breath Impact”.
As a consultant, Trish works with gyms and trainers on developing new client assessments and programming.
